It’s been confirmed now that Ariya Banomyong, or Khun Bi here in Thailand, has been hired by Line and will serve the messaging app company as Managing Director, starting October 1st, 2015.
Before joining Google in July 2011, Ariya has worked as Chief Commercial Officer at True (Telco) and before that held different positions in different countries for Orange (French Telco).
Ariya has more than 18 years of experience in management and business development in the technology and telecommunications industry.
His main responsibility at Line Thailand will be to develop the local team and the local services.
