Launched in January 2014, in Bangkok, Absolute Fit Food is a healthy food delivery service developed by the popular Yoga company: Absolute Yoga. The idea is simple: taking care of your body is not just about exercising and working on your body and your mind, it is also being careful on what, when and how much you eat. Why not offering all these services to your existing customers?
Absolute Fit Food offers different programs (Healthy Eating, Weight Loss, Anti-Aging) and different meal plans (2 meals/day, 3 meals/day, flexible, etc.). They now have listed around 300 freshly-cooked, calorie-controlled, balanced dishes that they will deliver to your office or your home.
Count around 1,100 baht per day for a plan including 3 meals and 1 snack.
Absolute Fit Food is a team of around 20 people and claim to deliver meal boxes to 100 customers per day, and to be profitable.
